Majora's Mask - Terrible Fate
I started making Majora's mask early to mid-March of 2018. The idea of making it popped into my head around mid-February, I had just quit my job because school was getting rough and with a job, I knew I wasn't going to have time to make the mask for this award. With lots of time put in after school and on weekends I was able to finish. The making of the mask itself was not hard, it was just very repetitive and time-consuming. About 85% of the work is sanding, 5% of it is assembling, and 10% of it is painting. Sanding and painting the mask was the most stressful part of it. I spent about 65 hours sanding, 20 hours painting, and 45 minutes assembling. Below there is a short video I made on the making of Majora's mask. Click the right arrow to find video.

I ran into some issues during the making of the video. I worked on this website and the video on a laptop given to me by the school. The thing is though, it can only hold up to 64 GB but that's not even the problem. The problem is since there are restrictions and the laptop is 4 years old, it's saying there's no disk space. So I'm using an old version of Movie Maker that will randomly just not want to work or recognize half the videos I tried to put in it. Also, when I uploaded my video some pictures, which were not initially blurry at all, decided that they wanted to be blurry. Nonetheless, I did what I can with what it allowed me to do. Special shoutout to my father who filmed me working on my mask because 99% of the GoPro videos I took wouldn't work on Movie Maker. Enjoy!
